The merit list is only announced online. Merit List is released at the official website, www.mkbhavuni.edu.in. A direct link to access it has been updated here for the ease of candidates.   1. યુજી કોર્સ માટે : ફોર્મમાં સુધારા વધારા કરવા માટેનું પોર્ટલ શરૂ થઈ ગયેલ છે. જેના માટે તમારે જે-તે કોર્સમાં જઈ જમણી બાજુ EDIT FORM આપેલ છે. જેમાં ફોર્મ નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ નાખીને ફોર્મમાં સુધારા વધારા કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા કરવાની રહશે.

    તા. 19/08/2021 થી 21/08/2021 સુધી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એડમિશન ફોર્મમાં કોઈ ફેરફાર કરવાનું જણાય તો વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતે ઓનલાઈન ફેરફાર કરી શકશે.

    MKBU Final Merit List 2021 will be declared soon. The candidates whose name appear in the merit list will be called for the counseling process of MKBU. Firstly, the MKBU provisional merit list is released and thereafter. Admission Committee for various UG [ BA, BCom, BCom (Honours),  BBA, BCA, BSW, BRS, BSC (IT) ] Courses releases the MKBU Merit List 2021(Final).

    How to Check & Download MKBU (Bhavnagar University) Merit List 2021

    1. Firstly, Visit the Official Website of MKBU – mkbhavuni.edu.in
    2. Find the released Merit list link.
    3. Click the merit list page for UG or PG Program
    4. Select Course & College Name
    5. Download MKBU Merit List.

    Documents Verification at College of MKBU

    After the Merit List has been released, the selected candidates will have to physically visit the College of MKBU for the document verification. In the document verification process, candidates are required to carry the documents below on the day of reporting to the college.
    1. HSC Mark Sheet (Original)
    2. Leaving certificate (Original)
    3. Original migration certificate (if the candidate is from other states/board)
    4. Original caste certificate (if applicable)
    5. Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
    6. Gap certificate original (if applicable)
    7. Birth certificate/ Domicile (Certificate for outside of students)
    8. Aadhar card photocopy
    9. Passport size photograph (2 copies)
    Note : At the time of admission, the original document and its 2 xerox copy should be kept.

    How does MKBU Merit List 2021 is Prepared?

    Based on various factors, such as marks in the qualifying examination, number of seat availability and number of applicants, the official admissions authority of the college prepares and publishes the merit list of MKBU. The preparation of merit list for admission to UG courses is based on marks in the Higher Secondary (Class 12th) examination. The college does not conduct any entrance examination for admission. Students can sit for counseling on the basis of MK Bhavnagar University (MKBU) Merit List 2021.
